1. Do you require advance payment for home sessions?

Yes, to secure your booking at your private place, we require only 25% advance payment. The remaining amount must be cleared immediately upon the masseur’s arrival, before the session begins.

Note: No advance payment will get charged against Spa bookings.

3. Is there an extra fee for home sessions?

Yes, all sessions conducted at a client’s private place will include an additional 10% service fee on top of the session cost.

5. Do you charge extra for special requests (Happy Ending)?

Yes, if the client requests a happy ending, an additional 20% of the session fee must be handed directly to the masseur before that part of the service begins.

7. How do you ensure my privacy and confidentiality?

We strictly prioritize your discretion and comfort. Our Management team comes from an international background of spa services, and in years of practice, not a single privacy complaint has ever been reported. Both your personal data and private space remain completely secure.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept bank transfer via HBL account only. All details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

11. Will anyone know about my booking?

Absolutely not. Your bookings are handled with total confidentiality. No third party is ever informed, and our masseurs are bound by strict discretion policies.

13. What types of services do you provide?

We offer a variety of Massages, Treatments, and Therapies. At our spa, we provide 16 different services, while 8 selected services are available for home sessions.

15. How long does each treatment last?

Our standard sessions are 60 minutes long. However, clients may choose 80-minute or 100-minute sessions, which are charged accordingly.

17. Do you bring your own massage equipment?

Yes, our masseurs bring necessary items (oils, scrubs, Disposable sheets, etc.), but the basic space setup is client’s responsibility.

19.Do you offer combo packages or multiple treatments in one session?

Yes, you can enjoy a combination of treatments in a single session. Our masseur will accommodate and recommend the best options for your body’s needs.

2. What do you need to arrange for a home session?

We’ll guide you fully once your advance payment is confirmed. Generally, you’ll need to provide:

  • A private room for complete comfort

  • Bed / Floor bedding or suitable space for the treatment

  • A few other essentials that we will inform you of in advance (according to your booking).

4. Where do you provide services?

Our luxury spa is located in Karachi, but we also provide private home sessions in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Islamabad.

6. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. For home sessions, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to retain your booking fee. If you cancel later, your 25% advance will be forfeited.

NOTE: For spa bookings, there is no cancellation fee.

10. Can I request personalized treatments?

Absolutely. Whether you need deep relaxation, sensual rejuvenation, or therapeutic healing, our treatments can be tailored to your unique desires.

12. Can I request the same masseur again (On-Demand)?

Yes, if you feel comfortable and connected with a particular masseur, you can request him for your next appointment (subject to availability).

14. What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?

Your comfort is our priority. You can pause or stop the session anytime—just inform your masseur, and he will immediately respect your decision.

16. Do you offer services for couples?

No. We only provide exclusive, one-on-muliple sessions to female clients. Couples’ sessions are not part of our offerings.

18. What makes you different from other spas in Pakistan?
