• Payment details & Proof (bank transfer information).

We do not collect or store sensitive payment data such as your full banking credentials. Transactions are processed securely via bank transfer (HBL account only).

• Booking confirmation and scheduling.

• Communication regarding your service appointment.

• Service improvement and customer satisfaction analysis.

We strictly protect your information from:

04. Privacy & Safety Rules During Sessions

For the safety of both our clients and our masseurs, the following strict rules apply:

• 🚫 No Extra Person: Only the booked client(s) is/are allowed in the room during the session.

• 🚫 No Cameras: Photography, videography, or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• 🚫 No Expensive Gifts: Only official session fees apply. Our masseurs cannot accept personal gifts, or favors.

• 🚫 No Personal Contact Exchange: Clients and masseurs must not exchange personal numbers, addresses, or social media IDs.

• 🚫 No Drugs, Weapons, or Illegal Substances: Absolutely forbidden during any session.

• 🚫 No Cameras: Photography, videography, or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• 🚫 No Open Food or Beverages to Offer: For safety and hygiene reasons, clients should not offer open edibles to masseurs.

• 🚫 No Escort Services: We are strictly a professional spa and massage/treatment service provider — not an escort service.

NOTE:Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and clients may be blacklisted from future bookings.

05. Booking & Advance Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, the following process applies:

• Booking Formn: Fill in the booking details through our website or customer support team.

• Advance Payment: A 25% advance payment is required to secure your booking.

• Confirmation: Once payment is received, we will confirm your booking and send you pre-session requirements.

• Remaining Payment:Before the session begins, the client must clear the remaining payment via bank transfer.

Extra Charges:

• 10% extra applies for all private home sessions (outside of Spa).

• Optional Happy Ending: If the client requests this, it will be charged at 20% of the session fee, payable directly before the start of service.

• Confirmation: Currently, we only accept Bank Transfer (HBL). No cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or cards are accepted at this time.

💳 Payment Method:Before the session begins, the client must clear the remaining payment via bank transfer.

06. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, but in order to protect our masseurs’ time and scheduling:

• ❌ Advance Payment is Non-Refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• ✅ If you cancel earlier than 24 hours before your session, your advance may be carried forward to reschedule your appointment.

• For Spa sessions, no cancellation fee is charged, but timely notice is still appreciated.

07. Service Availability & Locations

• Our Spa operates in Karachi.

• Private residence services are currently available in Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad.

• All sessions are provided only to female clients by professional male masseurs.

NOTE: We reserve the right to deny service if safety or privacy conditions are not met.

08. Duration of Services

• Standard sessions: 60 minutes

• Extended sessions: 80 or 100 minutes (charged accordingly)

NOTE:Special treatments and wraps may vary in duration and will be communicated at the time of booking.

09. Client Responsibilities

Before your session, you are expected to:

• Provide a private room for the service.

• Arrange floor bedding or basic setup as advised in pre-session instructions.

• Clear payments in full before service begins.

• Respect the professionalism and personal boundaries of our masseurs.

NOTE:Failure to comply may result in refusal or termination of the service.

10. Confidentiality & Professionalism

We are committed to upholding the highest level of confidentiality:

• Client information is never shared with third parties.

• No details about services or locations are disclosed to anyone else.

Our masseurs are trained to maintain discretion, professionalism, and non-judgmental conduct at all times.
